To fit the Pokidam rod that was brought in, we have to remove the studs. We use a handy stud puller to get them out.
The seat surface is sticking out… and it’s dirty… Can’t be helped.
Let’s chamfer it and then clean up the threads with an oil stone.
While we’re at it, I drilled a hole for the wire ring…
We’ll widen the steel fender and make it fit snug.
The fork is thin, so it gets in the way of operation quite a bit.
It’s pretty tight overall, so the fork is pulled inward when installed. Tighten it by stroking the fork and fastening at the very end. But honestly, there aren’t many steel fenders out there anyway.
The rust is terrible, but I’m just going to pretend I didn’t see it.
I thoughtfully made a wheel spacer for the 750 for Shoppechan.
