This is our new menu.
It’s “Brake caliper rolling maintenance” ★
I’ve had a hunch about this for a while now…
Motorcycles are heavy when you push them, aren’t they?
So even if you get the wheel bearings, chain, and all sorts of other things rolling smoothly,
the brakes end up dragging slightly in the end…
So I thought this was a good opportunity,
and I came up with “Brake caliper rolling maintenance”!
Ideally I’d like to include the master cylinder in a set plan too, but since everyone’s setups vary so much, I’m in a bind—so that’s something we’ll need to discuss on a case-by-case basis.
What’s included
Labor for 1-6 piston calipers × 3 units; parts are extra ★
Caliper disassembly and cleaning / body debris removal, surface finishing & piston cleaning & polishing
Pad pin cleaning / polishing ← can be replaced if you prefer (parts extra)
Caliper air bleeding & contact point adjustment
Pad edge chamfering
Disc rotor cleaning
* Feel free to bring seals, pistons, pads, and other parts with you ~
Price: ¥18,000 (¥18,900 with tax).
Debris builds up behind the dust seal and oil seal & the seals harden,
so once we do this, “it’ll roll really smoothly~ ★”
