Geeky BSA SR400
The steering bearings have been acting up since we got it.
Loose is better than tight, so even though there’s a bit of play, we’ve been riding it as is.
The owner wanted to get it sorted out while we had it in for inspection, so we replaced them and tightened everything up properly.
I didn’t know about this since Yamaha bikes don’t come through the shop much, but these have a retainer.
Oh, that really improves workability! ☆
I wonder if these might fit a Z? I didn’t check the dimensions though.
It’s running really smooth now! ☆ That’s the ticket.
