I really wanted something cold like soba or udon for a late-night snack.
I was going to head home and quietly slurp down some noodles before bed.
Yesterday was late too, you know.
“Hey, you’re not coming out to eat?” they said.
Well, if I get invited, I’ll go unless there’s a good reason not to.
But why okonomiyaki?
I mean, on a hot day like this, getting blasted by a hot griddle while chugging a beer—
Thanks to that salty-delicious last-minute dinner, both of us got the green light to drink!
That’s the deal.
Overall rating: middle of the road, a bit disappointing. I’ll do more research and keep looking.
I wanted to see mayo being squirted from way up high—whoosh!
There seemed to be an issue with how fast the food came out.
Plus it was pretty greasy…
Maybe next time we should go for yakitori or fish instead?
