The bike has about 30,000 kilometers on it, and the owner says they change the oil regularly.
The bike was washed clean before coming in, so the work goes faster.
The cam has no scuffing and looks good, and the cam chain is in great shape.
The engine internals are clean with no sludge buildup.
The engine damper wear is minimal for the mileage (we replaced it).
The carburetors were way out of sync, so we adjusted them in front of the owner, and they could hear the perfect tuning in the sound.
When it’s perfectly tuned, it feels great.
After replacing both left and right master cylinders, we’re done!
Did the owner adjust the drive chain themselves?
It was way too tight—when we spun it, it was making a knocking sound.
