It’s finally starting to feel like spring!
It’s very pleasant.
So today’s stroll is at Shinjuku Gyoen.
With weather this warm, we should be able to fully enjoy what a paid garden has to offer.
First things first—time to grab a bite.
Today it’s Hamburg Will.
100% Iwanaka pork hamburger steak.
For lunch I ordered
two hamburger steaks: one with foie gras and one with mozzarella cheese.
You can choose from three sauces.
I went with cream mustard and yuzu pepper.
The portion might be a bit small for a guy.
I didn’t expect much from the lunch salad, but it’s delicious.
Must be the prosciutto and olive effect.
The lentils layered under the hamburger steak have a great texture—yum!
