We had the current condition checked on a chassis dynamometer.
It traces a beautiful curve.
Measured in fifth gear: 110.8 hp / 9013 rpm, 10.3 m·kg / 4246 rpm
These are the output figures at the crankshaft.
*French horsepower: 1 ps = 0.7355 kW. In comparison,
*British horsepower: 1 hp = 0.7457 kW.
Let’s use this as our baseline and move forward.
As expected, the sweet spot is right around 10,000 rpm. The ST-2 also peaked at 10,500 rpm.
