Found out today that the parts aren’t arriving, and now all my plans are sliding sideways and falling apart!
I’ll just install the head cover with a gasket from stock and throw on the undercowl!
Something’s off about the head cover gasket size? Did they change it? Wait! I checked the part number and figured it out!
It’s “750”! This is the 750 one, 750!!!
Ugh! I got so frustrated I threw it in the trash… well, it’ll come tomorrow anyway, so whatever!
Let me just double-check the order form from the other day. That head cover gasket part number too…

My mistake was ordering based on the gasket I had in stock! Tomorrow the gasket for the engine OH should arrive anyway,
so we’re good! I was so frustrated that I took the GSF out for a round trip on the third and came back.
The difference in outside temperature changed the PS and AS spread a bit!

It looks like there’s oil on the rear tire, but when I did a power check, it left some kind of mark like that
and that’s all.
