It’s Pacific saury! Saury! A delicious fish that’s cheap and tasty!
Today I went with Bokuchan and Kome-san to Gotanda to grab some sushi! ♪
Bokuchan, who can’t do fuel-efficient riding, speeds along without worrying about having me on the back.
I was planning to leave Kome-san, who didn’t know the location, in the dust. The route is Kan-7 to Meguro-dori to Yamate-dori to Gotanda, but
On the downhill right turn on Meguro-dori, I managed to open up a solid one-light gap on the right.
Bokuchan arrived at the destination without easing off the throttle!
Me: “Hey, that’s gotta taste bad if you left them in the dust like that.”
Bokuchan: “No, no, I’d hate for you to think of me as just a car driver.”
Me: ????
Since they weren’t showing up, I got treated to some “mango something” at the sketchy Starbucks next door and was drinking it outside.
Me: “Oh, there’s Kome-san!” Yooooooooo!
They went right past. After waiting outside for 15 minutes and losing patience, the two of us ate and headed home.
The saury sushi was delicious! I had about six pieces!
