Laundry is done… but the denim still isn’t finished washing… four pairs.
I make it a point never to call them jeans by mistake.
For example… “Hey, where’d you get those jeans?” versus “Hey, where’d you get that denim?”
makes a big difference. By the way, I call Ducati “Ducati” (yeah, I’m overdoing it!)
The CB1300SF ’05 has quite a few countermeasures, and some parts are slightly different.
First, the rear wheel damper was changed—by feel, it’s stiffer than the conventional one.
Next is the clutch damper, which you don’t see very often… I’d never seen a rubber damper inside a clutch before.
The shape of the part that goes in there is different.
It must be changing how much it bottoms out under load…
And then there’s the shape of the w/s on the back of the clutch sleeve!
It’s changed from std 28/55.6/2 to 28/52/3—it’s unclear if the thickness changed in this area.
After the change, the harshness is significantly reduced.
I think they should have done this from the start.
