We keep harping on about fork oil changes because so many people really don’t do them,
and if you don’t change it, the inside gets extremely dirty and just an oil change won’t clean it up.
Plus it smells really bad.
By changing it regularly, you can have fun adjusting the oil level or changing the viscosity.
It’s also nice to attach a stroke sensor to measure the approximate stroke and check the remaining travel.
This time it’s a Bandit 1200.
This one’s pretty dirty too! I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of feel we get with 100% synthetic ASH oil in there.
