This is a swingarm replacement and linkage maintenance job on a GPZ1100.
Since we’ve already done an overhaul on the linkage before, this time we’ll just clean, lubricate, and reassemble it if it’s not too bad.
Once you’ve taken it apart once and the bolts are lubricated, they don’t squeak anymore, which is nice.
The bearings and sleeves are fine, so we’ll reuse them.
When you remove the swingarm and everything gets clean, it feels so good.
