There are quite a few spots that need to be cut for installation.
Cut with a cutting wheel right to the edge, refine with a grinding wheel, and finish with a belt grinder.
It would be easy if the frame were off the bike, but cutting it while it’s mounted is exhausting…
Finished cutting, but I’ll just clean up the left side today…
My wrist is killing me.
