This is a Deco-mainte for an Inazuma 1200.
It ended up with a rather unusual cowl installed on it…
The maintenance work covers only the basics.
We removed the levers and pedals and cleaned them up…
Every now and then, take them off and apply a thin, even coat of grease.
The fluid was pitch black.
We cleaned up the throttle sleeve, oiled it, and got it running smoothly.
We don’t use grease inside the sleeve because it doesn’t work well for smooth operation ☆
Then there’s that troublesome chain oil.
We also replaced the air cleaner and spark plug.
We synchronized the carburetor and got it running perfectly.
The tires and chain are new, so they roll great.
