Continuing with the oil-cooled setup, we’ve got the Inazuma 1200 here.
We’re installing the Wuotani unit, but I always wonder where to put it.
I want to keep it simple, with good serviceability and a clean look…
So we’ll move forward with the work we can do.
We’ll install the plug cover to give it that stock appearance ★
We remove the 20mm gasket punch by clamping it in a vise with newspaper.
Oh, nice and round ○ came out perfectly.
For the coil section, I use female spade terminals so it clicks in snugly, which feels reassuring.
So we’ll insert them this way. We adjust the fit by spreading the female spade terminals slightly ★
So far, no issues reported from anyone!
The bracket and collar are pretty much done, so now it’s the igniter wiring…
