You can’t remove the throttle sleeve unless you take it out this far★
This area still has oil residue on it, which is a good sign.
I’ll clean it up, apply oil, and lubricate the cam as well.
Hoping it’ll move smoothly even with just a little bit of effort
Check the air cleaner element from the intake side★
It’s so-so, I’d say.
