For water-cooled bikes like this, blending and adjusting the viscosity is a good idea.
I think it’s best to reference the OEM viscosity and then experiment from there.

The inner link plate is broken.
Since it’s only done about 10,000 kilometers and we didn’t install it here,
they won’t cover it… but good eye catching that.
I think defects like this can happen with certain production batches,
but I’m glad it didn’t become a serious issue.
By the way, it’s an RK BL525XW.
