Inazuma 1200 Katana Fork Oil / Rear Caliper / Rear Master / Hose Routing

Well, well…
When installing the caliper, check the back of the pad while you’re at it.
Pull it outward and tighten the bolt—that’s what I was told.

The fork side opens up about 10.2 mm or so,
so you pull it out by that amount and use the outer edge.
If there’s a support bracket on it, that makes four mounting points,
and things rattle around, so the disk can touch the caliper,
or the pad can end up not contacting certain areas—you have to be careful when tightening.
To be honest, I don’t always follow that rule and don’t pull it out as much.
The bikes that come to us have already racked up some miles,
so the contact surface between disk and pad has changed, and sometimes there’s a little drag.
I set it up where the contact is good and rotation is smooth.
Still, it seems like titanium bolts keep showing up…
Well then~

The rear caliper is from an R1000

Oh! Using titanium again

Heat-treated ★
I thought I couldn’t do it today because parts were missing, and suddenly my motivation dropped…
That’s sad, man…
