Here’s an update on our repair and maintenance work acceptance status.
I used to avoid posting these reports because they sometimes create even more congestion,
but our work schedule has been packed solid for quite a while now,
so please try to avoid booking at the last minute.
Example: I’m going on a tour starting this weekend, so I need ◎◎◎ done by then
Example: My inspection expires the day after tomorrow, so I need ■■■
and so on.
When plans come up suddenly or inspections are due at the last minute,
everyone gets stressed—and I end up doing it anyway, but

there are people who’ve left their bikes here waiting, and others who’ve been waiting to hear back about work we started earlier. ★
Plus, there are jobs I’ve forgotten about and haven’t done yet. ★ Sorry!
Without saying “Hey, you’re supposed to manage this stuff, you idiot!”
if you could plan things in two-week to one-month blocks,
that would be great—though I’m not sure if that’s possible or how it would work.
And here’s another thing:
I need to temporarily stop taking orders for OEM parts and other parts—parts only. ★
1) Looking up parts in catalogs takes a lot of time
2) We’re a small shop, so if I make a mistake, I can’t return it
3) Inspecting and making invoices takes time
4) Calling and emailing customers takes time
5) Order mistakes and fulfillment issues take time
For OEM parts, please contact your nearest dealer. ★
I know this is a selfish request, but I’d really appreciate your understanding and patience.
