It arrived on 2012/10/01★.
I thought I’d check the details online today… wait, what?
Discontinued! I got what I’m calling the “last one.”
Both the left and right straps are removable.
Messenger bags are convenient because the direction you wear them depends on which hand is dominant.
You can switch it between right-handed and left-handed use★.
It’s a bag that works either way you wear it, but
the Incase main belt’s quick-release and cinch mechanism came set up
to release and tighten by lifting upward, so I removed it and swapped it around.
It’s easier to release and tighten by pulling downward.

lets me throw in the camera and lenses without worrying★.
The CL58033 is awkwardly sized and causes serious shoulder strain.
This time, the CL55038 is abnormally large—it’s like it’s running away from home.
The padding is bigger, so shoulder strain should improve a bit★.
It’s big enough to fit all my AF-S lenses and the body with room to spare.
It would have been nice if it were a bit smaller or had a compression feature.
Bags are tricky, so I give it an R.
