Year-end work is almost done★
All that’s left is delivery

Wednesday—I’m torn on whether to just do inspections!

The more work we do, the more “new service ideas” keep popping up★
I’m struggling with balancing pricing and content, and I get caught up in daily work and stall
I want to set prices by comparing what we want to offer against the estimates
and I’d like to refine our existing service offerings too.

We cut slowly with a metal saw so there’s no burring★ and it looks clean★
