The links and swingarm located underneath the frame are surprisingly neglected when it comes to maintenance★
Water contamination causes a lot of rust, and since they only operate at fixed angles,
the bearings and spacers develop steps in some areas,
leading to sluggish operation.
We pack new bearings generously with Neutech NC100 for smooth operation and
solid lubrication that keeps everything running smoothly.
If there’s excessive play in the pivot area, we adjust the full width with shims so it moves smoothly up and down with no play.
By disassembling, cleaning, lubricating, and reassembling while mileage is still low, you’ll enjoy the best performance for much longer.
