NUTEC NC-40 / NC-41

About NUTEC NC-40 / NC-41

Developed for racing!
While standard racing engine oils have a short service life, NUTEC OIL was developed to extend longevity and work with tuned vehicles and general-purpose vehicles alike.

Long-life testing was conducted on 12 tuned vehicles, all running 10,000 km. Oil durability passed all tests. Use 5,000 km as a guideline for oil change intervals.
With NC series oil, if the ambient temperature is around 25 degrees Celsius, water will emerge from the exhaust pipe after engine startup. This indicates that the engine’s combustion state is in good condition.

Use the following as a guideline for when the oil’s true performance is realized:
Road testing: approximately 100 km
Bench testing: 2,500–3,000 rpm / 1 hour at approximately 5% load

Bench testing and chassis dynamometer testing results may show no change in output depending on the vehicle type and specifications. This is because the oil’s effects cause changes in compression pressure and intake air volume, which may alter the required air-fuel ratio.

Adjust fuel flow by 2–6 percent.
The required ignition timing may also change.
Adjust ignition timing by approximately 2–4 degrees advance or retard.

About NUTEC

NUTEC oil is a high-performance oil developed through original thinking and advanced refining technology
that achieves high output, fuel efficiency, and low emissions.

  • Improved engine output / Friction reduction and improved combustion efficiency boost output.
  • Reduced fuel consumption / Overall efficiency improvement through enhanced engine combustion efficiency reduces fuel consumption.
  • Reduced noise level / Engine and exhaust noise are suppressed.
  • Clean exhaust gas / Reduced CO, HC, and NOx.
  • Cleaner diesel smoke / Black smoke emissions in exhaust gas are reduced.

Effects and features

  • A fully synthetic engine oil formulated with ester as its main component.
  • The coefficient of friction matches Teflon performance, with even higher heat resistance.
  • Oil produced through ultra-fine molecular bonding forms an extremely thin yet strong oil film that protects friction and sliding surfaces such as cylinder pistons, piston rings, bearings, and valve lifters, delivering remarkable effects in reducing friction and improving sealing performance.
  • Improved sealing performance minimizes oil blow-by and oil sludge, suppressing sludge formation and blow-by gas generation in the combustion chamber, raising compression pressure and improving combustion and fuel efficiency.
  • Ultra-fine components are extremely stable with excellent heat and pressure resistance, withstanding combustion temperatures and pressures inside the cylinder. The ultra-thin oil film reduces friction and engine heat generation while improving thermal conductivity to suppress engine oil temperature rise. Therefore, it is effective for air-cooled and diesel engines, delivering both improved output and cleaner exhaust gas.
  • Ultra-fine components result in minimal oil contamination, extending the service life of oil elements and oil seals.
