The Nexus 7 (2013) arrived about two weeks ago?
I’m not the type to baby my gadgets, so when I toss it in my bag it gets scratched on the screen…
Anticipating exactly that, I put on a screen protector and it was the right call ★
It’s kind of like a lens filter.
It’s lighter than the handwritten notebook I used to carry around, which is another plus +
I can jot things down whenever they occur to me and move the content elsewhere without any fuss, which is really helpful.

Since the screen isn’t protected inside the bag, I went with a book cover style.
I chose bright orange instead of black because black is hard to spot in the bag and could get lost.
I figure if it gets dirty, I can just toss it.
The inside has a honeycomb texture? It has a nice feel to it.
Apparently you can fold it and stand it up, but I don’t use the internet much so? I don’t use that feature…

The “JOT FRIP” from the other day was so hard to write with that I resurfaced the disc
The results were pretty good, but I overdid it and ended up breaking through—that’s how I ended up buying a spare.
In the end, the lesson is: don’t write with the stylus pen! Take a photo of what you write and save it.
