The bike came in with a carburetor acting up.
I fired up the engine and gave it some throttle. Hmm, doesn’t seem too bad?
It’s a bit cold out and the bike’s got a lot of insulation, so maybe that’s it, I thought, and took it out for a test ride…
Partway through, it went “blub” and dropped to two cylinders…
Looks electrical… I traced through all the ground connections and couldn’t reproduce it.
We decided the best move is to replace the harness entirely.
