Honestly, this isn’t really work or anything, but since I’ve already stuck my head into it a bit, I’ll see it through—though I have to say it feels like a hassle. First, I made the threaded collar to be welded. 
Next, I welded and fabricated the joint pipe.
It’s aluminum casting, which I really dislike. I still don’t have a casting welding rod—if one with really good weldability existed, I’d want it.
I found out today that green would have been way better than this obscure light blue.
The angle can be adjusted, but there’s still an issue with the inner diameter that might cause a slight flow shortage, so it needs more consideration.
This was just a fun fabrication sample.
