The inspection was completed this morning, so now let’s move on to mini maintenance.
It looks like the access issue wasn’t caused by the PC after all… things have been a bit off yesterday and even now.
I have a feeling blog updates will slow down for a while, and I’m getting discouraged by all the photos piling up.
The side stand is clean with plenty of oil on it. I also adjusted the stand-side width.
The throttle is in great condition and working well.
The air filter will be replaced next time.
There’s quite a bit of misalignment here. I adjusted the gap.
I replaced the fluid in all three locations.
The primary side looks pretty sketchy. The synchronization doesn’t seem too far off, so I’ll make changes to the turn signals and primary side wiring instead.
This is in rough shape.
There’s disagreement even among professionals about whether to solder Gibson connectors or not. In my case, I make sure they’re completely secure so there are no electrical issues.
If you apply too much solder, the wiring becomes stiff and can break, so I only apply just a drop for a moment.
