It looks like we’ll wrap up 2014 safely.
Since the website renewal around September 2013, I’ve noticed a dramatic improvement in efficiency when it comes to explaining our work, taking orders, and other operations.
By breaking down our service menu into finer categories, setting clear prices, and presenting our work details on the blog, I hope customers will find it easier to grasp their expected budget and what the work entails, and that their sense of confidence will grow step by step.
As we continue to refine the website—now over a year and three months old—we’re working with our designer day by day to make it more readable and user-friendly. If you have any live feedback or suggestions, I’d be happy to listen, so please let me know.
Since I run the shop by myself, there’s a tendency for lead times to get longer than I’d like. I need to make a significant push to improve efficiency in this area, and that’s my goal for next year.
Starting in 2015, I’ll be taking one or two additional days off besides Tuesdays, so I’ll let you know as I work out the schedule.
Twelve years have passed since I started Decoboco in 2002, and now I’m entering my thirteenth year. I’m committed to taking care of my health so I don’t get injured or sick, and I want to keep doing this work. Thank you all for your continued support.
