The dust seal isn’t that noticeable, but how the oil seal sits during assembly varies by manufacturer. The seal material and various dimensions are proprietary know-how, I suppose.
Calipers with anodizing are resistant to internal corrosion, so you can feel confident.
The brake hose is routed for easy maintenance—easy to clean, works with a front stand, and convenient when servicing the front end. It’s our preference, but nobody complains about good serviceability and convenience.
