Let’s perform oil-cooled maintenance.

The engine damper was fairly worn.

The generator damper still has good elasticity and is in condition appropriate for the mileage.

The camshaft showed no seizing whatsoever and had no significant clearance variation. I think it’s in good shape.

We synchronized the carburetor and I think it’s running smoother now.

Yoshimura digital tachometer installation. The existing Velcro felt a bit weak in its grip, so we replaced it.

We also ran the power supply. If the power and ground leads form a “V” shape, it looks bad, so it’s better to tap them from a location that’s as parallel as possible. The digital tachometer can work with even thinner wires.

We fixed the sharp ETC mounting. There were lots of cable ties with sharp cut ends remaining, and way too much gel tubing, so we cleaned all that up.
