A recently fascinating air-cooled 18-inch bike infused with 21st-century technology.
The lever area is well lubricated and in reassuring condition.
The brake side had minimal oil. It’s nice that Honda bikes with snap-ring pedals can be disassembled so easily.
Since I don’t often work on Hondas, there’s a lot I notice. I think lubrication at the side stand pivot and spring action points would make things smoother too.
The front caliper had only light dust buildup. Piston operation is excellent.
The rear caliper is the same.
After cleaning the calipers, let’s refresh the fluid.
The air filter is still in good shape. And it’s using some unusual spark plugs.
