We installed customer-supplied motorcycle LEDs. We adjusted and measured them vertically and horizontally. They look white to the eye, but inspection approval will be tough.
Even though we replaced it with an SKF seal not long ago, it’s leaking again. When the vertical scratches are this severe, it just won’t work.
We wrapped paper towels around it and slid them up and down by hand, and sure enough, it stops at the spots with strong shine.
The conditions vary greatly between rotating and reciprocating parts. This should be solid now.
