Z1000LTD Inspection, Deco-mainte, Carb OH, Turn Signal Replacement, and More

Let’s continue with the work (‘ω’)ノ

I’ll disassemble, clean, and lubricate the lever area.

Is this release the key to the Z?
When you re-grease this, it becomes much smoother.

Both the tire and wheel should be fine.

The bearing condition is also no problem.

The tire was replaced not long ago, so it’s still in great shape.

I was amazed that the wheel rim width is 2.15 front and rear…
Suzuki is 1.85, right?

The rear pads are getting low, so I’ll replace them.
There’s quite a bit of uneven wear. We should keep an eye on the disc soon…

I’ll clean the caliper and replace the pad pins.

Both front and rear axle shafts are in good condition.

I’ll clean and lubricate the chain and also lubricate the speedometer cable.

If the technician wipes down the fender underside and hard-to-reach areas properly, the bike will stay in good condition for longer.

I’ll clean the caliper.
I really feel that aluminum pistons provide absolutely stable operation.
They don’t corrode, which is great.

I’ll degrease the brake disc and clean and lubricate the fork.

There’s a synchronization nipple, so adjustment is easy.
I was amazed that even a visual check gets it pretty close (*’▽’)

Also, I’ll replace the tank damper, spark plug, synchronization nipple cap, rear pads, and fuel filter, then do a fluid change, and the work will be complete.

Reliable NOVSIGHT at 31,000 candela (*’▽’)—highly recommended.

We’ll get the inspection done tomorrow~
