We did the replacement with the α14.
The fork oil hadn’t degraded much. It looked clean.
The customer brought in an inner tube that had been treated with DLC.
Naturally, no runout.
I checked the cylinder bore diameter.

We pulled a vacuum and finished assembling the fork.
We also changed the SPG, so you’re all set!
Making plates with a shearing machine is faster for assembly than measuring with calipers (‘ω’)ノ
Using non-original component parts subtly removes any ambiguity, and it looks great.
It’s now a true man’s black (‘ω’)ノ
We’ve finished the test ride and it’s complete! Now I’ll get the invoice ready!
