We’ll polish the drum panel. If you replace it, it gets pretty pricey, and polishing with a buffer and such adds labor costs. Let’s do it together.

Since the subject is bright, the exposure comes out a bit dark. I’m supposed to correct it, but… oh well.
We chose Daytona brand shoes. The new shoes needed initial break-in, and they wouldn’t spin right away, so I got a little worried for a moment.
It looks nice now, but nobody’s going to notice… Only the owner will see it. Paying attention to details nobody else notices—that’s what a hobby is all about, isn’t it?
I remember the SR500 used to go for just a few thousand dollars not that long ago, but now it’s a rare find. I’ll get the rear work done tomorrow.
