The customer wanted a semi-transparent S15B to match the left side. Taking the shortest path would result in just a straight rod, so we routed it the long way around for a racing-style bend. We always pay attention to eliminating unnecessary excess length after tightening.
We set it so it can’t go any lower than this.
We replaced the clutch release with a slightly larger piston from the GS1200SS/Bandit 1200 series. Since it’s used, we’ll hone the interior and replace the cup.
Comparison with the Inazuma 1200. It’s slightly larger. The effect isn’t dramatic—it only matches the stock level of the GS1200SS or Bandit 1200.
Some people wrap seal tape around the bleeder nipple, but if you clean it properly, it won’t weep. Fluid remains in the threaded section and the center passage, so when you cap it, it leaks sideways.
