Let’s make a master tank bracket.
First, we’ll machine a stepped collar on the lathe
Then we’ll tack-weld to check the layout before bending the round bar on the bender.
After that, we’ll tack it, confirm and adjust the position, then do the final weld.
I was thinking of going with the larger one, but because of how the master cylinder outlet works, I went with the sleeker smaller option. I’ll polish it when I have time.
