With that, we’ve completed everything, and after the inspection and oil change, we’ll take it for a test ride to finish up.
Using a welding rod as a guide, we bent the stainless steel this way and that, cut the collar, welded it up, removed the scale, polished it, and finished it off.
That’s how it went.
We reused the right side as-is. That gives us the reach we needed!
