That 90-degree angle is awkward to work with. It would be so much better if it were around 20 to 45 degrees.
We replaced it with a straight joint. It’s just a matter of pulling it out and putting the new one in. To remove it cleanly, you’ll want to make a special tool.
We chose a Coken clutch switch.
Left and
right are now set to nearly the same height.
