We switched to a master from Company F, but the customer says Company B is better after all, so we’re reverting.
What a waste of the bracket we made~

This is about the extent of it.

Since the press can adjust the lower limit, making an identical piece is easy.

We position it, fit it together, and weld it right away.

Using burn-off remover takes care of light discoloration, and tight spots can be quickly ground away.

After grinding, the handmade look fades a bit, which is good.

When you squeeze the clutch lever, you hit the PASS button, so we’ll cut a relief. We should probably avoid cutting the existing PASS if we can help it.

Just the bare minimum.

After touch-up, you won’t be able to tell.
If we switch the clutch side to a straight joint and finalize the layout, we’re done.
Putting it on hold for now~
