Unusually, we’re using a 70–90 degree vent banjo fitting.
This is how it looks when finished.
Master cylinder side. The bending is the job of the fittings and banjo – we want to avoid bending the hose itself as much as possible.
Rear brake side.
Now we mount the tank and take it for a test ride… The fuel sensor was about to die, or maybe it was about to short out? Lucky for us today was a lucky day.
