I cut about thirty cable ties to clean up the wiring—they’re convenient, but moderation is best.
The wiring is so dense it’s almost dizzying to look at. I’m grateful that Z-series harness reproductions are available, but sometimes I think that if we upgraded with something different from the original, we could have fewer wires and better efficiency.
I guess that’s just how things are in an era with so many branches and splits.
While I’m at it, I’ll lubricate the speedometer cable too.
It’s great that the axle isn’t bent.
