Check the main ground wire from time to time.
This is the main ground wire. It’s quite important, so it’s a part worth replacing after a certain period of time.
We’ll replace the air filter too.
Clean up the throttle and apply a light coat of lubricant for rust prevention.
Since we’re overhauling the carburettor, we’ll synchronize it.
We also replaced the spark plugs along the way.
Engine oil is changed to Newtech NC50.
We’ll replace all the fluids. Ideally, you want to change them once a year.
We’ll disassemble and lubricate the levers, pedals, and stand.
Chain and sprocket replaced. The hub was quite corroded, so we polished it while we were at it.
It’s come back to life quite a bit. The front brake switch wasn’t working, so we’ll replace it and then pass inspection to finish up.
