Continuing from before~
I thought it was chromoly, but apparently some processing was done on it—surprising. There’s some runout, but it’s within spec.
Request: leaking from the rear master cylinder? Doesn’t seem like it~, but we’ll do the work anyway.
We polished it.
The important part when cleaning the master is that tiny hole on the left side. Always check the passage—if it gets clogged, it’s really bad.
Comparing new and old parts for inspection gives outstanding peace of mind!
We just apply metal rubber to both the cup and cylinder, then assemble.
We replaced all the fluid.
We removed the embedded turn signal in the cowl and set it up as 110-3P to make it easier to access.
I regret now that I made the center the ground.
It should have been P-W-A or A-W-P. Anyway, doesn’t matter. Done!
