So this is a task I left just a little bit unfinished.
Clean up the caliper.
Aluminum piston… kind of brownish. ★
You folks know way more about this stuff than I do.
Someone asked me before why I don’t mark the pads with right and left.
With two pads that are different shapes, you can tell which goes where by the piston marks, so I don’t bother writing it.
I also lubricated the throttle.
Smooth controls feel really nice. ★
Tomorrow I’ll take it for a test ride, and if there are no issues, it’s done!
