The oil-cooled Katana boom happens from time to time. It seems fine for now (*’▽’)
The inspection is already done, so let’s get right to maintenance.

I’ll check the tire manufacturing date, wheel size, brand size and so on.
Even small details can teach you something.

I’ll replace the banjo bolt and address the hose contact issue.

Probably if I tighten the hose, the slack will reduce and it’ll be fine. OK GOOGLE

That’s how we avoid contact.

Barely dirty at all—beautiful condition (*´ω`*)

Wheel bearing and damper are no problem.

Axle shaft and wheel/tire runout are no problem.

Holding the axle from the opposite side with a scrap axle actually works surprisingly well for workability.
The collar wears down bit by bit.

Rear caliper is in good shape too.

I cleaned and lubricated the chain (*´з`)

I replaced the damper under the fuel tank.

Moving on to front work.

Axle/tire/wheel runout—no issues.

Wheel bearing should be fine too.
I cleaned and lubricated the speedometer cable as well!
To be continued.
