This is work from a little while back. The customer requested an inspection, oil change, and maintenance.
Spark plugs can be replaced at regular intervals of time or mileage.
The air filter is a washable K&N.
Hot water and soap, splashed around. It’s pretty dirty.
Coolant should be replaced at least once every two years.
We replaced the cap last time. This time it’s fine, so we’ll reuse it.
The reservoir tank on the tail cowl was empty.
Since the tail cowl wouldn’t come off, we used the tank-top method. This trick is surprisingly useful.
The calipers were clean. Operation should be fine too.
We wash them, apply anti-rust oil, and wipe it off. The oil gives a wax-like shine, resists dirt, and boosts rust protection.
We did a full front and rear fluid change. The fluid is Golden Cruiser DOT4.
We cleaned and oiled both left and right forks to finish up.
Engine oil is ELF MOTO4RACE 10W-60. It should handle the hot summer well.
