A thorough cleaning about once every two years. I’m hoping that even just mentally, the brake feel will improve.

Let’s clean, lubricate, and protect the fork to keep it lasting longer.

The lever oil had gotten old.

Let’s clean and oil the throttle, then reassemble it.

The rear axle is fine.

The washers were coming loose—looks like width is being adjusted left and right. I spot-welded three points on each side for the future.

We’ll clean up the steel color while we’re at it.

Let’s clean and oil the rear caliper. It operates smoothly.

The pads are worn out, so we’ll replace them. (On order.)

The bearings should be fine.

Let’s clean the rear disk.

We’ll oil and adjust the chain.

The stand is flipping up too much. Let’s fix that while we’re at it~

The simplest, least hassle procedure. Pull 1.6 with shears, bend it.

Spot-weld, spray. Done.

Replace the lock nut every 2–3 times.
