The customer originally requested a solid rotor, but it’s currently out of stock due to year-end.
Since the slotted version was in stock, we switched to that instead.
Let’s replace the mounting bolts as well.
We’ll replace it with a rear master piston and cup set.
Everything was in good condition, so that’s reassuring.
This Honda OEM tool is great for removing the master’s snap ring.

If you have a welding setup, I think it’s okay to make one yourself.
The piston and cup were also in good condition.
It’s inevitable that the umbrella seal will collapse over time with use.
We painted it with Guncoat in off-black,
We painted all the fine details too.
While we had it off, we finished this up too.
We checked the piston diameter and applied CCI metal rubber before reassembling.
I really hope we get some bent hoses in.
