Assembly is already complete. Everything’s been cleaned up nicely.
I applied gun coat to the nuts.
It looks like the ratio was matched to the original due to the rear sprocket situation.
If you mark the front and rear tooth counts and link size, it’ll be easier next time.
The customer wanted the master tank to be black, so we’ll replace it.
We reused the aluminum bracket. Whoever came up with this design is pretty clever~
Well, it sure makes things easier~
We replaced the front and rear brake and clutch fluid.
We changed the oil and oil filter.
The oil is ELF MOTO4RACE 10W-60.
Test ride is done and we’re all finished~
